All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. You can track your order in real time.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
